Intermediate Film Editing Seminar

This seminar will cover film editing techniques (not PC-related) and approaches such as point-of-view, framing & compositional rules, cuts, camera height & angle, master scenes, screen direction, action axis, matching shots, continuity, and other editing topics that will take us beyond the basic concepts of documentary filmmaking which we had covered in our first workshop.
There will be live demos with a camera and editing workstation to show some of the key editing techniques. Selected movie clips will be screened with commentary by instructor.
